Ocean Magazine regularly feature Australia's leading chefs showcasing their skills on board luxury yachts. For this story, Executive Chef at the Intercontinental Sanctuary Cove, Parashuram Pathak and his team entertained guests on a Horizon 60' catamaran as we cruised the Gold Coast Broadwater. It was a perfect, cloudless day and we found a quiet anchorage where the chefs could perform their magic and Sommelier David Stevens-Castro could keep us hydrated with some fine wines.                Didn't really seem like work, but someone has to do it.
